(Off the street)
On her way to her forever home.
Cassandra Frances Swan
We rescue pianos and put them on the street for everybody to enjoy. We want to give pianists more opportunities to play for the public.
Utilizing a mixture of contemporary illustration and cubist principles, this piano celebrates the participatory, inclusive spirit of Piano.Push.Play. Elements of nature intermingle with geometry and representations of the five senses to celebrate the universal community that can be created through art and music—a connection that reminds us all how similar we truly are.
Cassandra Frances Swan has been drawing and painting her entire life. She is interested in art and design that cause conversations, affect positive change, and give people joy. She is a studio designer and habitual doodler at Wieden+Kennedy in Portland.
